In order to improve the legal framework for public procurement, the Ministry of Finance of RM has established a working group.
Members of this group are representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Public Procurement Agency, the National Trade Union Confederation, etc.
Executive Director of the National Confederation of Employers, Vladislav Caminschi was included as a member of this group.
The group will meet in working sessions and will examine topics submitted by members.
