Recently, the Mail Processing and Transportation Center has organized a training in work health and labor.
As trainers were invited Vladislav Caminschi and Radu Drumea, experts of the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Moldova.
The training was attended by 18 persons responsible for the staff. The training was organized during two days and has focused on the following subjects:
– Legislation on work health and safety
– Responsibility for the violation of legal acts on health
– Initiate risk evaluation
– Responsibility for staff evacuation, offer first aid
– Investigation of work accidents
Investigate the employees in work health and safety it’s a legal requirement that enterprises are obliged to respect.
Vladislav Caminschi considers that organization of these trainings for employees is essential. “If the institution wants to avoid work accidents and to intervene preventively for reducing the possibility of work accidents, training of employees is the best way in this respect. A trained employee knows how to manage risks and respectively how to avoid them. A work accident is always more expensive than its prevention”, considers Vladislav Caminschi.
