The Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family has awarded with diplomas and trophies 15 companies from Moldova that have promoted and implemented policies in the field of security and health at work and created decent conditions at the working place.
The awarded companies have demonstrated performances in ensuring working conditions, training and informing the employees on security at work, respecting of the minimum safety requirements at work, and during the last years have prevented accidents at work.
Every year the International Labour Organization launches a theme for celebrating the International day of security and health at work. The theme for 2017 is “Optimization of the collection and use of data on security and health at work”.
This year the ILO campaign focuses on the urgent need of countries to enrich the capacity to collect and use reliable data on security and health at work. In particular, it is being pursued the protection of workers’ rights and promote a safe and healthy work environment for all the employees including the migrant employees especially women, as well as for those with poor forms of employment.
The National Confederation of Employers of Moldova created an external service of security and health at work and supports the enterprises in respecting requirements of the Law on Health and Safety at Work no 186 from 10.07.2008.
NCEM proposes:
Training courses 1st and 2nd level
Evaluation of the risks of injury and professional illness
Develop proper instructions for completing and/or application of regulations on security and health at work, etc.
Courses are presented by trainers with extensive experience in the field that use modern methods of presentation so that the information to be as accessible as possible.
